Listed at 525K and sold final for 518K to some of my very own clients. This was a very exciting and dramatic purchase. Start with the worst house in the best neighborhood. Isn't that what everyone wants? Now, put into play the ancient oaks, the coveted position in the sought after Skyline Park ranchette development, insanely cheap water and surrounding million dollar plus homes. What do you get? A property in contentious multiple offer, that’s what. It took ingenuity, staying power, a never say die attitude and willingness to compromise. In the end, the right people got this property. Or maybe the property got the people it needed. And what a makeover it is going to be. I simply cannot wait to see the masterpiece that evolves from this current blank slate. The downside? Well, I'm going to miss these clients. You go through something that requires a lot of collaboration and you sorta get used to having each other around.
