6/3 Inventory Update

No reflection on the property at all - it is indeed in like new condition. Well preserved home in excellent Meadowridge location. Prices are going up here. Normal sale.

818 Ballard Canyon, Solvang (3/2 on 25 acres) Listed at $1,895,000 and sold final for $1,825,000. Wow, didn't take much of a discount on this one. Highly developed for horse pursuits, the value here is in the big flat usable parcel with outstanding views and private location yet close to everything.  Normal sale.
