This one built in 1989. Similar square footage, similar lot size. Similar desirability of location. Both single story. Both have had some updating. Both are on Solvang water. Pretty much the same price. Both excellent choices if you looking in this price range. Here are the differences as I see it. Also open for agents tomorrow.
Rebild is closer to conveniences and health services, has no HOA, bedrooms and living spaces are more spacious because there are only 3 bedrooms in similar square footage. All homes are single story so more private than a mixed development. More traditional remodel which works with a broad range of furnishing choices.
Vester Sted is a more open concept which people like today though squeezing in an extra bedroom into the about the same square footage will express itself somewhere in a tighter feel (living space, bedrooms or both). Development has a variety of styles so less "tract homey" and has a polished look. Trendier remodel. Easier access to highway 101 in either direction.
