The first we have seen in Meadowridge over 500K in a long time and even at that, it went well over 500K. Nobody is happier about that than other Meadowridge home owners. As I have been saying - these homes are undervalued. Newer construction, well built, pride of ownership neighborhood. Nice to see one go out closer to what I think they are worth. This particular one with a big view and location at the entrance to the park and south facing. Also has one serious kitchen - this kitchen was put together by someone who knows how to cook and doesn't mess around.

645 Floral, Solvang (2/2 condo) Listed at 279K and sold in overbid for 301K. Lots of heated bidding on this one and for good reason. 279K was a major deal but competition bid it up to its real value. Investor flip, bought out of foreclosure back in April for $196,500. That’s a nice profit.
