7/18 Inventory Update


New Listing

2831 Alta, Los Olivos (4/3 on .17 of an acre) 649K A big beautiful new listing in my own inventory. With only one other available listing in LO under a million (Lucca), I expect heavy showing traffic on this one. As with all my listings, there is a custom dedicated website which you can visit at www.2831alta.com. How many other agents do a dedicated website with custom domain name for every listing?  None here, just me. But, I digress. Anyway, this is a very good deal folks. The property has been lovingly improved over time with a lot of very cool wood details, earthy amenities and big volume rooms. The kitchen is positively huge with stainless double ovens and a Jennair cooktop. There are two master suites, one downstairs and one upstairs. Check out the one upstairs. Wow! So cool with double French doors out to the terrace and roomy custom tiled shower. Gigantor master closet that rivals any I have seen. There are a few things that need to be finished here and some excluded items. This is a short sale so give me a bit of time to sort this all out but at the end of the day, this is one worth waiting for.

Not the biggest plan at just under 1600 square feet but with the layout of these homes, they still feel spacious. Check it out and see what I mean. Only one pic as I am writing this. I can see from my own website stats that my blog is read by people not just all over the U.S. but other countries as well. We have a lot to offer and word is apparently getting out on a global scale.
